An Awesome Discovery
A downloadable project
One of my best discoveries when I was a kid: Was finding my niece's Gameboy in a bag on the attic and playing tetris for the first time. Seeing how much I loved it I received one for my birthday that year, together with Link's Awakening. It kickstarted my love for games and making pixel art. This piece is my homage to that feeling of making such an awesome discovery!
- 160 x 144 pixels
- 4 colors, using the GB Studio Palette
- 181 unique tiles (without flipping/mirroring and palette swaps)

Absolutely masterful effect with that fish-eye lens.
I can't think of anything else to even say, just top tier pixel work, composition and usage of tiles (with tiles to spare to boot!)
